ART AS A THERAPY
As a multicultural woman, Jasmine Klapia uses her personal experiences, and education, to better understand people coming from all walks of life. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and Associate of Arts in Addiction Studies.
She is also a Certified Life Coach.
Jasmine is a humanist and world traveler. Throughout her journey, she had learned how mental health impacts different cultures in different parts of the world. Using art, she developed The Invisible Balloon theory which speaks about emotions. She believes that too many feelings and thoughts at the same time can cause anxiety. Especially, after she had experienced it on her own. This situation took her on another journey: Innovative Design.
Through creative work, she inspires others to freely express their emotions. Her motivation is deep compassion that she feels for others.
Jasmine is an Author of several books for children and adults, and resides in Los Angeles, California.
